After you purhcase your Exclusive Image Pack through Stripe, I will receive an email from Stripe and will then email you a PDF with the link to download your collection. Alas, this is not an automated process, so you will be emailed with 24 hours of purchasing.
Terms & Conditions
for Exclusive Image Packs
1. Ownership and Rights Exclusive License:
Upon purchase, the buyer receives an exclusive license to use the images included in the pack. This means that the images will not be sold to any other party. Intellectual Property: The intellectual property rights of the images remain with Ayesha Hilton & the Soul Stock Boutique. The buyer is granted the right to use the images but does not obtain ownership of the original works.
2. Use of Images Scope of Use:
The images can be used for any commercial or personal projects, including but not limited to card decks, journals, and planners. Alterations: The buyer is permitted to alter or modify the images to fit their project needs. Prohibited Uses: The images must not be used in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or in connection with any illegal activities.
3. Distribution and Resale Non-Transferable:
The license to use the images is exclusive and non-transferable. The buyer may not resell, redistribute, or transfer the images or rights to any third party. End Products: The buyer may use the images in end products for sale (e.g., printed card decks, journals), but cannot sell the images as standalone files.
4. Duration of License Perpetual License:
The license granted is perpetual, meaning there is no expiration or end date to the rights to use the images.
5. Refunds and Exchanges No Refunds/Exchanges:
Due to the digital and exclusive nature of the image packs, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges can be offered once the purchase is made.
6. Liability Limitation of Liability:
Ayesha Hilton and the Soul Stock Boutique are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the images.
7. Legal Compliance Compliance with Laws:
The buyer agrees to use the images in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Amendment of Terms Right to Amend:
Ayesha Hilton and the Soul Stock Boutique reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
9. Governing Law Jurisdiction:
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the State of Victoria and Australian laws.
