We offer a 48 hour refund window - if you have not consumed more than 30% of the course and you have purchased the course within the last 48 hours, you will receive a full refund.
If you have consumed more than 30% of the course, we may consider a refund on a case by case basis. You will need to tell us why you wish to claim a refund. In the instance that we provide a refund at our discretion, an administration fee of $25USD will be retained from the price of the course.
If you have consumed 100% of the course, we will not issue a refund. This is a digital product and if you have consumed 100% of the course, then you have accessed all the Intellectual Property and consumed all the course content.
