As the products sold on this site that are digital, we do not offer a refund, so please consider your purchase wisely before buying.

For 1:1 sessions with Ayesha, there is no refund if cancelled 24 hours prior to the session. You may reschedule your session if needed. Please respect that when you book a session, you are taking up a spot that could be used by someone else and that your late cancelation has an impact.

We understand that life happens, and may may consider a refund on a case by case basis . You will need to tell us why you wish to claim a refund.

In the instance that we provide a refund at our discretion, an administration fee of $25USD will be retained from the purchase price to cover transaction fees and our time to process your refund.

You can request a refund by submitting a support ticket. We will get back to you within 3 business days. Please note, we operate on Australian Standard Time.
